Experience and Requirements We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate, caring and respectful, with a genuine passion for helping others. Experienced, with a minimum of 6 months'' UK experience working in a professional care setting. Knowledgeable about safeguarding, confidentiality and dignity in care. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable, punctual and flexible, with a strong work ethic. Able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
