Kaleidoscope Palliative Care Service

in the

Inner North West Division part of the largest community healthcare trust in London.In this rewarding role, you''ll support the running of the Kaleidoscope Team, caring for children with complex and palliative care needs. You''ll work closely with the Palliative Care Team, Children''s Community Nursing Service, and social care partners to deliver joined-up, holistic support. You''ll also help recruit, train, and develop Kaleidoscope Care Workers, and deputise for the Nurse Specialist to ensure continuity of service.Why join us

Role details: 30 hrs/week, flexible Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends to meet children''s End of Life needs and support the 24/7 on-call service.
