Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Lettings Property Manager / Administrator to join their successful and growing property team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of nearly 100 rental properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Handling property enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Organising property inspections and follow-up actions
  • Managing tenancy renewals, notices, and related documentation
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and maintained
  • Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the lettings team with administrative duties as required
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the tenancy journey

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Previous experience within lettings, property management, estate agency, or administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own car and full UK driving licence is required
