About the Role:Reporting to the VP, EandA Marketing, you will lead our EMEA and APAC creative team and focus area. You will lead the development of creative platforms including static, motion and video assets for brand and performance-driven marketing channels. We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience driving creative efforts (including AI-first/supported creative production) in an agency or in-house setting. You are a recognised expert in this role, are known for your collaboration and relish building and improving on process. You have a strong understanding of marketing channels and their goals, whether brand or performance-focused, and use best practices, formats and solid expertise in building marketing creative.You are someone with a high degree of ownership who is proactive at identifying strategic and creative opportunities and bring a positive attitude to work.
