Our client, a leading company in the water infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This key role involves managing a complex infrastructure programme, encompassing tenders, Development Consent Order (DCO) processes, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phases, and the design, preconstruction, and construction of heavy civil engineering works, including tunnelling and multi-utility schemes.

The successful applicant will work closely with the operational team to deliver projects safely and effectively, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always met or exceeded.

Job Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost control, including forecasting and reporting
• Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• CSCS manager''s card
• SMSTS certification
• Knowledge of the NEC contracts
• Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to a conclusion
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects
• Proficient in using Primavera P6 software or equivalent
