As Financial Planning Manager, you''ll be responsible for: • Leading and coaching advisors to achieve their business plans and commercial targets • Developing strong client implementation plans and monitoring advisor performance • Having regular advisor-facing meetings, conducting observations, and attending client meetings • Managing day-to-day training and competence (TandC) responsibilities • Driving commercial growth whilst maintaining compliance standards This is more than just a TandC management role - our client wants a Financial Planning Manager who can have motivate, push commercial drivers, and help advisors grow their businesses.
