An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, prestigious firm based in central York on a part-time basis. Ideally 4 days a week. The role:Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completionHandle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equityDraft and review contracts, leases and legal documentationLiaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other partiesConduct property searches and review title documentationEnsure transactions progress efficiently and meet deadlinesProvide clear, professional advice and regular client updatesStrong knowledge of the residential conveyancing processAbility to manage a busy caseload independentlyYou will need3-4 years of residential conveyancing experienceExcellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skillsPart-time opportunity working 4 days a week.
