Paint Spraying Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime: Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Spraying Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Redditch.

The RoleAs a Paint Spraying Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying a range of products to a high standard, ensuring all work meets the required quality specifications.

Duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces prior to painting and spraying
  
  
• Operating spray painting equipment safely and effectively
  
  
• Applying paint and coatings to achieve a high-quality finish
  
  
• Checking finished products for quality and consistency
  
  
• Following health and safety procedures
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
  
  

The CandidateThe successful candidate will have previous experience in paint spraying, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Good attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce a high-quality finish are essential.
