Supporting the Team Director with operational and client management responsibilities. Acting as the first point of contact for client, insurer, and provider queries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers. Managing and overseeing a portfolio of business. Driving retention, cross-selling, and referral opportunities. Resolving policy and documentation queries efficiently and accurately. Ensuring all client records and data are maintained in line with company procedures.
