technologies. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting both on-premises and cloud services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for staff and students.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.Support and optimise Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.Administer and enhance the institution’s Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.Work closely with colleagues to deliver infrastructure projects and upgrades.Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection requirements.Provide 3rd-line technical support for escalated issues.Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.Hands-on Azure administration and configuration experience.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Higher education or public sector experience.Knowledge of ITIL practices.Offer:Hybrid working:
