Senior Residential Surveyor

Remote-first working | £60k basic £90k OTE | AssocRICS or above | 2+ years' experience (less considered for surveyor role)

The role

Deliver Level 2 and 3 residential building surveys for a growing surveying firm that uses bespoke reporting tech and full admin support, so surveyors spend their time on surveys and client relationships - not paperwork. You'll also build a referral network and contribute to business development.

What success looks like in year one

• Consistently deliver Level 2 and 3 surveys to agreed quality and turnaround standards
• Build a referral pipeline generating repeat instructions
• Contribute to at least one business development or marketing initiative

Requirements

• AssocRICS or above
• 2+ years' experience in Level 2 / 3 residential surveys (less considered for surveyor role)
• Solid technical knowledge and a client-focused approach
