The development benefits from an underground car park, swimming pool and gym and is located close to South Quay Station.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:As an Assistant Estate Manager at Rendall and Rittner:You will have experience working in the residential property management sector, overseeing junior staff, supporting the manager with health and safety compliance, and building related matters.You will be IT savvy with the ability to use a wide range of softwares and pick up new systems quickly.You will have experience managing site operations such as responding to resident queries and complaints, reporting issues to the relevant department, taking ownership and ensuring timely communication.Responsible for ensuring staff are following SOPs and ensuring a bespoke service to residents, clients and guest.You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.You have experience in overseeing external contractors, coordinating onsite works, and raising work orders.Youll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment.
