Data Analysis and Insight Manager Contract: Fixed-term 12 months, from July 2026 Hours: Part Time, 0.4 FTE/ 2 days a week Location: Office based at Somerset House, London, with some hybrid working Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 (pro rata) dependant on experience Job Overview The Data Analysis and Insight Manager plays a central role ensures that the National Saturday Club''s data is meaningfully analysed to generate robust, actionable insight. The postholder will lead quantitative and qualitative analysis of NSC data, examining participation patterns, demographic trends and programme outcomes. They will develop systems to integrate historical archive data with current datasets to enable longitudinal analysis, deepening understanding of long-term impact and change over time. Working closely with colleagues, the role will translate data into clear insight reports for the National Saturday Club team as well as for partners, with practical recommendations to inform the development of the programme, policy and practice. Analysis will focus on key themes including equity of access, young people''s skills and wellbeing, place-based variation, and awareness of future education and career pathways.
