Academics are currently recruiting Level 3, Level 2 and experienced Unqualified Early Years Practitioners for adhoc and supply opportunities across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

We work with a range of local Early Years settings and are looking for passionate, reliable and caring practitioners who can step into a nursery environment and make a positive impact from day one.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Supporting children aged 0-5 years
• Working across Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms
• Supporting children''s learning and development
• Planning and delivering engaging activities
• Building positive and nurturing relationships with children
• Supporting children''s personal care and daily routines
• Encouraging communication, independence and social development
• Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment

Experienced Unqualified Practitioners

You don''t necessarily need years of experience - we''re looking for people who are reliable, enthusiastic, caring and genuinely passionate about working with young children.

• Experience working with children aged 0-5
• A warm, nurturing and patient approach
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Confidence adapting to different nursery environments
• A strong understanding of safeguarding
• A genuine passion for children''s development and wellbeing
