Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join an alternative provision on a full-time basis. This is a varied role which will involve a range of duties to assist in the smooth running of the centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and people calling in. Key Responsibilities Managing the reception desk Acting as the main point of contact for the centre Taking incoming calls and accurately recording messages Recording student attendance and making relevant attendance phone calls Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager and leadership team Taking notes during meetings and distributing actions as required Ordering supplies and managing stock Receiving and dealing with deliveries Supporting with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks as needed Essential Requirements Previous experience working in a school setting Ability to manage a varied workload Adaptable to changing priorities Good organisational skills Confident communication skills Confidence using administrative systems (or willingness to learn) Can remain calm while working in a fast-paced environment A professional, welcoming manner when dealing with students, families, and external agencies Desirable Experience working in an SEMH setting Familiarity with attendance ..... full job details .....
