We are working with a global financial institution to recruit an experienced project manager. The role will be part of a core central Program Management Team charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams.The candidate must be an individual experienced in project management and with sufficient subject matter expertise in markets products and business lines to be able to provide meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable. Experience in market risk change projects is preferable.Key responsibilities:Project Management / Transformation / Change management experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issuesInfluencing and building collaborative relationships across Global Markets with front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., business, controls, finance, operations, technology, risk managementAssist in ensuring that all processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved by the appropriate governance forumManage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Front Office, Markets Control, Risk Managers and Technology teamsIdentify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMsProduce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committeesTo be ..... full job details .....
