Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: -27-32,000

An award-winning, RIBA chartered architecture studio based in Warwickshire is looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. With a focus on high-quality, contextually sensitive design, the practice works across a range of sectors including bespoke residential, cultural and community projects and they take projects from initial sketches through to completion on site.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to take on responsibility and grow within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The successful candidate will be exposed to all RIBA stages and encouraged to contribute meaningfully to the studio''s creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing projects from concept design through to detailed construction stages

• Produce drawings, visualisations and presentation materials to a high standard

• Support planning submissions, technical packages, and on-site delivery

• Collaborate with directors, consultants, and clients throughout the design process

• Contribute to studio discussions and help shape thoughtful architectural outcomes

Requirements:

• Masters in Architecture

• Experience in a UK practice (preferred, but not essential)

• Strong design sensibility and a good eye for detail

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and strong communication skills
