Candidate profile

Minimum 6 years of testing experience, with a strong ability to take ownership and work independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading discussions in stand-ups and work effectively with stakeholders on testing deliverables.

Proficient in both manual and automation testing, with expertise in analysing and designing high-level test cases, test data, and test deliverables.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

Extensive experience in testing Microsoft PowerApps/MS Dynamics 365 applications.

Experience in performing web accessibility testing for applications to ensure compliance with WCAG AA standards.

Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript and TypeScript

Hands-on development experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

Strong understanding of API testing.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Experience working with ServiceNow.

Strong attention to detail. Able to produce and review quality deliverables.
