Lead, manage and set up the project controls capability for a major project or programme – people, procedures, systemsProvide interpretation of the data in the monthly reporting to support prompt decision making by the Senior Leadership TeamEstablish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and supervise the Project Control deliverable to collate monthly KPI and progress data related to time, cost, risk and quality for monthly business reportingImplement effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the project lifecycleManage and co-ordinate the project controls function through the supply chainBe responsible for integrating the disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, quality and reportingAssurance of data and ensuring adherence to PMO policies, processes and standardsAbout You

Essential

Professional experience undertaking Programme Controls Manager roles for the development and/or delivery of large, complex construction projectsAbility to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levelsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders in order to identify and mitigate issuesExperience managing and integrating risk, planning, cost change control, document control and reporting teams, having worked in at least one of these disciplinesExperience in managing teams of highly skilled specialistsExperience of managing project controls systemsDesirable

A formal professional Project Management qualificationRequirements and Location
