Due to continued growth, they''re looking to appoint experienced Site Managers to join their operational team. About the Role We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor who delivers commercial refurbishment and redevelopment projects across the UK. They''re looking for experienced Site Managers who enjoy being out on site, leading teams and driving projects forward. This isn''t a site office-based management role, and it isn''t a working foreman position either. They''re looking for someone who strikes the balance between managing the project and being visible on site. Projects typically include: Commercial refurbishments Retail developments Shop extensions Petrol forecourt projects Travel is a key part of the role, with work taking place across the UK. You''ll need to be happy working away during the week, with occasional weekend work when projects require it. Responsibilities You''ll be responsible for: Managing day-to-day site operations. Leading site teams and subcontractors. Maintaining high health and safety standards. Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work. Liaising with clients and the Contracts Manager.
