An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to join its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to play a key role in supporting operational performance, driving financial controls, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the finance function while partnering closely with operational and production teams to improve profitability and efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and annual budgets. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators. Analyse manufacturing costs, production efficiencies, and inventory performance. Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes. Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Manage statutory reporting, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance. Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
