With six warehouse locations, around 600,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, and a fleet of 80+ vehicles. The Safety and Compliance Offiicer, will combine Health and Safety expertise with business systems, compliance, data and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Business Process and Safety Manager, this is a varied, hands-on role working across the business and its multiple sites. You''ll work closely with managers, operational teams and senior leadership to identify risk, improve processes, strengthen compliance and help create safer and more efficient ways of working.
