Senior Web Developer / Full Stack Engineer - Rates and Credit - Fixed Income Technology3 days onsite London

I am partnered with an Investment Bank who are seeking both

web developers and full stack engineers

to play a pivotal role in evolving their Fixed Income trading platforms.

You''ll be delivering a web-based, real-time trader desktop that supports complex trading workflows working directly with trading teams.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in React.js and modern front-end frameworks

Strong understanding of front-end architecture

Solid understanding of backend integrations, messaging, RESTful APIs, WebSockets and experience working with backend services (preferably Java)

[Bonus] Experience building real-time trading or financial applications with focus on performance and low latency

[Bonus] Knowledge of Rates and Credit products, trade lifecycle, and trading workflows

Note: You do NOT have to be able to code in a backend language but do need to understand how the UIs filter through from the backend.
