We re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable commercial professional to take responsibility for building and managing our national non-ferrous purchasing network. This is a field-based role with regular travel to our UK sites, suppliers, and partners. You ll play a key role in developing and growing our non-ferrous tonnage, overseeing supplier pricing, and supporting operational teams across material quality and commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Grow non-ferrous purchasing across the UK and increase supply to Ward sites. Develop and manage supplier relationships, pricing structures, and material quality standards. Support market development for individual grades and new business streams. Produce supplier pricing sheets and provide insight on market conditions. Oversee supplier payments and liaise with internal accounts teams. Collaborate closely with the Head of Non-Ferrous and site teams on operational alignment.
