Working for a well-established international business, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.This role would suit somebody who genuinely enjoys helping customers, is confident handling a range of enquiries and complaints, and can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.The contract is expected to last between 6-12 months.The Customer Care Administrator RoleWorking within the Customer Service team, responsibilities will include:Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and emailResolving customer queries efficiently and professionally at first point of contact where possibleManaging customer complaints in a responsive and customer-focused mannerProactively contacting customers regarding delays or issues before complaints ariseFollowing up customer cases and ensuring all communication is handled to a high standardMaintaining accurate records and completing associated administration tasksWorking towards agreed service levels and team standardsBuilding strong product and process knowledge to support customers effectivelyWorking collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is maintainedThe Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have previous customer service and complaint handling experience and be comfortable managing sometimes challenging conversations in a professional and empathetic manner.You should also have:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA ..... full job details .....
