Manage resources Effectively allocate materials, equipment, and labour to maximise productivity and ensure profitability. Lead your team Motivate, guide, and support the Bodyshop team, ensuring they work efficiently and deliver exceptional results. Customer interaction Communicate directly with customers, providing updates on repairs and resolving any concerns promptly.
