Job Title: Technical Contract Manager Location: City of LondonSalary: 70,000Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm The Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations/Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will lead a team of engineering professionals, manage all aspects of the contract, and drive a proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities:Operational Management Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of assigned sites, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure the contract meets all health and safety working conditions and that all statutory and code compliances are met.Manage the fast and effective procurement of materials and services needed for site operations.Produce dilapidation and operational reports on a monthly basis, or as requested by the client.Investigate and report on major operational incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Ensure all reactive and PPMs are aligned with the contract and that PPM is carried out in accordance with manufacturer''s guidelines and SFG20.Conduct monthly site reviews and at least two site audits per contract per year.Ensure effective escalation procedures are in place for all callouts and operational incidents.Promote and maintain the core values of the company.
