Paid breaks included About the Service We are recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join a friendly and long-established residential care home, supporting up to 26 residents. The home is owner-managed, who has owned and managed the service for over 18 years. Prior to this, worked as a Home Manager across a number of local services. Her long-term leadership provides stability, consistency, and a strong focus on high-quality, person-centred care. The service is well regarded within the community and operates in line with CQC standards, offering residents a safe, warm, and supportive environment. The Role As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support residents with day-to-day care needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Whether working days or nights, you''ll be an important part of a close-knit team delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
