We''re looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to lead a high-performing HR team through a period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive cultural and operational change in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation. What You''ll Be DoingLeading the HR function and managing two direct reports, and their teams.Acting as the go-to expert for Employee Relations, redundancy, and change management.Challenging existing processes and driving improvements across HR operations.Building strong relationships across the business and influencing senior stakeholders.Providing HR reports and providing insights using Excel.What We''re Looking ForProven experience in senior HR roles with strong generalist and ER expertise.A confident leader who can coach, manage, drive change, and inspire teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret HR data.Working Arrangements/ Pro rata35-hour week (9am-5pm)Hybrid working (3 days WFH / 2 days office)25 days annual leave + bank holidaysFlexible hours and good benefitsStart date: ASAP.
