They are offering a very competitive package including pension, private health care, and a bonus scheme.Roles and Responsibilities:The successful Quantity Surveyor will execute the following duties under the supervision and support of the Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager: Manage the overall commercial function of London projects. Produce monthly applications for payment (AFP). Prepare and submit project variations and general change management. Prepare and submit month-end reports after monitoring and analysing monthly cost reports. Attend meetings where necessary to progress or agree project accounts. Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Become familiar with standard forms of contract including but not limited to NEC3 and JCT. Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions with clients and contractors. Prepare subcontracts, valuation of works executed by subcontractors, and certify interim and final payments. Maximise cash flow through control, measurement, valuation of work, invoicing, and cash collection.Training and support will be provided to assist in further development.Key Skills and Qualifications: Relevant qualification such as Degree, HNC, or NVQ in Quantity Surveying (Preferred) 2 Years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Preferred) Candidates without the above may still be ..... full job details .....
