**Head Chef Wanted**

We''re looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in our Client''s welcoming care home in the heart of Fort Augustus. Nestled in the scenic Highlands, our care home prides itself on delivering nutritious, delicious meals that feel like home. This is a temporary role which is ideal for someone who values quality food, creativity, and the well-being of others.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a residential or care setting.

Knowledge of dietary requirements for older adults and those with health conditions.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).

Current PVG Certificate for working with adults and vulnerable people.

Creativity in developing appealing, seasonal menus.

Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.Applicants must be available from 1st August 2025.
