It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.We Are One: For Love | For Diversity | For Change | For Equality | For Kindness | For Freedom | For Unity Against RacismResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:Support the Buyer, contributing to decisions on developing the seasonal product ranges.Work alongside the Buyer and Merchandise Team in the preparation of seasonal reviews and strategic seasonal planningSupport and assist the Buyer in the development of customer, market and trend focused seasonal collectionsConsistently maintain and improve standards of product quality control through high standards of sample checks and fit checksBe aware of market movements, competitor activity and current and forthcoming fashion trendsActively research and propose new product opportunities to optimise brand strength and potentialise sales performanceGeneral correspondence with suppliers for sample requests and order informationSupport negotiations and working with supply base to ensure best price and margin is achieved.Take appropriate action in-season on repeats, cancellations and rescheduling of orders.Ensure the smooth running of the development process, maintaining schedules and key deadlines.Ensure any product related changes are communicated to Wholesale, Press and Marketing and VMManagement of the Buying Admin Assistant.An experienced Assistant BuyerPassionate about fashion and an expert on upcoming trendsPersonable, confident and self-motivatedPrevious experience Line Managing an Admin AssistantExcellent attention to details with a ''can-do'' attitude and ability to show initiativeGreat attention to detail, with a commercial aptitudeThe ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation and communication skillsCompetitive basic salaryPension and life assuranceEnviable discountsGym DiscountsSummer Hours - 3pm Friday finishHalf Day, Pay Day Friday (once per month)RetailTrust supportAnd so much more!Our CultureWe’re an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
