What You''ll Be Doing:Leading with flavour - bringing fresh, innovative menus to life with locally sourced ingredients.Inspiring and developing a talented kitchen team of up to 8 team members, to deliver consistently high-quality food and service.Working closely with our hospitality and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences.Managing daily operations with creativity, precision, and a love for what you do.
