Chargehand Linesmen Power and Infrastructure Resourcing are looking for an experienced Chargehand Linesmen for upcoming works in Dundee and North Scotland. Location: Scotland ( Dundee and North ) (Monday Friday) Duration: Approx. 6 months (likelihood of additional works to follow) Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday Friday (competitive rates + tax-free subsistence) Sector: Power and Infrastructure Rates: Competitive + tax-free subsistence Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Linesmen and ensure the safe installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of overhead lines up to 33kV Coordinate daily tasks, allocate work, and communicate instructions from the Supervisor or Manager Install poles, stays, conductors, switches, and associated overhead line equipment Support and guide team members to ensure safe working practices and high technical standards Carry out on-site risk assessments and ensure all work follows method statements and DNO safety rules Monitor site safety and ensure all PPE, tools, and equipment are used correctly and maintained Liaise with clients, third parties, and landowners to support smooth project delivery Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported in line with SHEQ requirements Provide training and mentoring for less experienced Linesmen and trainees Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and the public Skills and Experience Required Minimum 5 years experience working as a Linesman on LV and HV ..... full job details .....
