About the Role:

As an agency Support Worker, you will work flexible shifts in supported living and residential services, helping individuals with learning disabilities live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

Your duties will include:

• Providing personal care and emotional support
• Supporting with medication and daily routines
• Promoting independence and decision-making
• Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
• Maintaining accurate records and working closely with permanent care staff

Requirements:

• 1 years Previous care/support work experience
• A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Must have the right to work in the UK
