Universal Pictures is part of NBCUniversal.Job DescriptionThe Creative Servicing team works out of London and Los Angeles and is responsible for the delivery and localization of theatrical Marketing materials. This 14 Month Fixed-Term Manager role (covering maternity leave), based in London, reports to the VP of Creative Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for their allocation of the slate and will work closely with International Marketing teams based in LA.Responsibilities
Responsible for managing title budgetIn collaboration with LA-based Creative Advertising, Research, Media and Marketing teams, gather territory needs and information, including translations, material deadlines and local titlesAct as day-to-day liaison between partner agencies, territories, and HOAlign with Marketing Operations in LA to manage finish timings of AV and print materials for localizationWork with Creative Advertising to ensure market needs are fulfilled and creative guardrails followedCommunicate timelines and status with multiple internal stakeholders, vendors and local marketsCollaborate with multiple HO teams to establish project parameters and escalate potential pinch pointsManage central localization of AV content including TV, social, trailers and other creative contentRun centrally localized OOH and DOOH campaigns and global print launchesProvide worldwide communications outlining debut directives and production detailsBuild solid relationships with the immediate team, wider global marketing group, EMEA and other regional hubs and local marketsChallenge processes to develop workflows suitable for a fast-changing landscape with the servicing teamProtect content security as an essential part of the roleExperience / Skill Set
Having worked as a Producer/Project or Account Manager, experience in handling several projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlinesExperience managing AV Localization projects is essential. Print/digital localization would be an added bonusExcellent collaborator who can manage multiple stakeholders and work independently when requiredExcellent communication skillsDesired Characteristics
