I am looking for a Technical Operations Manager for my Pharmaceutical client based in Southport. Salary: 50k p/a + great company benefitsHours: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm Responsibilities as a Technical Operations Manager:- Report into Operations Director- Oversee the full production and operations of liquid pharmaceutical products- Responsible for process optimisation and technical support - Collaboration with quality assurance ensuring manufacturing are compliant with GMP.- Regulatory compliance by ensuring processes are compliant with MHRA requirements. - Health and safety responsibility by leading implementing safety initiatives and a safety first culture. - Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Essential Requirements: - Experience (5+ years) in a senior technical and / or operations management role within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements (MHRA, Home Office), and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams within a production environment.- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, RandD, supply chain, and maintenance.
