They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a prestigious Manchester contract, where you''ll be a key player in QS activities.In this role you''ll be taking lead on all FM commercial activities, dealing with the submission of accounts for works projects, assist BD team with pricing FM contract, preparing and submitting valuations, variation claims as well as WIP report and Final Costs VS Financial Forecast Recovery.
