There will be clear opportunities to progress your career towards Site Manager level.In this role you''ll be working closely with both the Senior Site Manager and the Contract Manager, supporting them with the day-to-day running of the site and helping ensure the development runs smoothly, safely and to a high standard. Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Senior Site Manager with the day-to-day management of the siteCoordinating and supervising subcontractors and tradesMaking sure work is completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standardsCarrying out site inspections and quality checks, including NHBC stage inspectionsMonitoring progress across traditional build and timber frame plotsAssisting with site logistics, deliveries and programme coordinationMaintaining a high standard of site presentation and housekeepingWorking closely with the wider construction and technical teams to keep things moving RequirementsPrevious experience as an Assistant Site Manager within a volume housebuilding environmentExperience with traditional build and/or timber frame housingStrong organisational and communication skillsA proactive ..... full job details .....
