Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client workStrong background advising on wills, lifetime trusts, LPAs, estate administration, and deeds of variationExperience advising on inheritance tax planning, taxation of trusts, and succession planningSTEP qualified or working towards accreditationEstablished client/referrer relationships and appetite for business developmentStrong client-care and drafting skills with excellent attention to detailCollaborative and approachable, with a commercial and pioneering mindsetWhat you’ll be doing
Advising HNW clients and families on estate and succession planningRunning a varied caseload of wills, trusts, LPAs, and estatesProviding advice on inheritance tax and trust administrationCollaborating with colleagues across other commercial and private client teamsBuilding relationships with clients and professional referrersPlaying an active role in the team’s growth and business development strategySalary and Benefits
