to support leadership in the identification, assessment and mitigation of risk. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. We’re driving the company’s digital transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence and robotics process automation.We’re looking for top technical talent to join our team and deliver creative technology solutions that help us become an end-to-end, next-generation financial services company.Develop and implement process improvements to meet business goalsPlan and execute process improvement projectsLeverage re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product qualityDevelop process improvement policiesLeverage metrics to improve process performancePartner with the second line and third of defense consistent with our risk management/control objectivesThese skills will help you succeed in this roleDemonstrated knowledge of process methodologies ie: SixSigma the disciplined, data-driven approach to continuous improvement.Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills to enable looking around corners and proactively address business, regulatory and technology risk exposuresAbility to identify and articulate risk and control themes to senior managementStrong execution management skills for delivery of programs and initiativesAbility to solve complex problems with support from managementAdvanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, IT Security, Risk Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 12-15+ years proven experience with risk management, auditing standards, and best practices with 7-10 years experience as part of a leadership teamIf you like change and innovation, seek to see the bigger picture, make data driven decisions and are a good team player, you could be a great fit.State Street is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers and asset intelligence companies in the world.
