Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next contract£ We''re recruiting for a customer-focused professional to manage a patch across Plymouth and South Hams, delivering excellent neighbourhood and tenancy management services.

Key Responsibilities:
££ Manage a portfolio of tenancies and be the main point of contact for residents
££ Carry out tenancy sign-ups, viewings and tenancy management visits
££ Manage tenancy breaches and support safeguarding cases
££ Monitor estate standards and contractor performance
££ Work with residents and partner agencies to build safe, sustainable communities
££ Deliver excellent customer service and resolve tenancy-related enquiries

What We''re Looking For:
£ Previous experience in social housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management
£ Strong customer service and case management skills
£ Excellent communication and organisational abilities
£ Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
£ CIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
£ Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
