Residential Support Worker
Residential Support Practitioner: £13.50ph - £15ph dependent on experience (covering unqualified Support Workers through to qualified Senior Support Worker). Plus £50 bonus for sleep-ins. £34,416 - £37,440 estimated salary (based on 168 waking hours plus 12 sleep ins per month, usually 2 3 shifts per week) Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.
