As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development through a consultative approach, understanding client requirements, engaging with multiple stakeholders and guiding prospective clients through the sales process. This office-based role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits. Full training will be provided. You will take the time to understand each prospective client s needs, identify how the organisation s services can support them, engage with relevant decision-makers and guide them through a considered purchasing process rather than relying on a transactional sales approach.
