Location: Livingston, EH54

Rate: £320 per day

Contract Length: 5 weeks (with potential for extension)

Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00

Start Date: 15/9/25

Duration: Minimum 5 weeks

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting two experienced Site Managers for a key infrastructure project based in EH54. This role involves oversight of Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) activities and general site operations, with a focus on health and safety, compliance, and light construction management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well-organised, safety-first site within a highly reputable organisation in the utilities and infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations in compliance with H&S regulations and company procedures

• Oversee all activities related to Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM)

• Supervise and coordinate light construction activities

• Maintain accurate site records and ensure clear communication with project teams

• Ensure all workers and contractors are operating within safe and compliant practices

Essential Qualifications & Certifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS – Supervisory qualification (required)

• First Aid at Work (valid and in-date)

• TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator)

• CSCS Card – Valid and relevant (required)

• PASMA – Mobile tower scaffold training

• Evidence of recent Health and Personal Safety training must be provided ahead of placement

Compliance & Risk Considerations

• Must be compliant with Standard PCSM protocols

• Must have knowledge of health and safety risks relating to light construction

• Strong on-site safety leadership is essential
