The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to deliver high-quality support to pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they are fully engaged in their learning and personal development. Responsibilities Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalised learning strategies Support pupils'' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Apply behaviour management strategies in line with school policies Provide personal care where required, ensuring dignity and professionalism at all times Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Monitor and record pupil progress, raising any concerns appropriately Requirements An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one Previous experience within a SEND setting (highly advantageous) Experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ..... full job details .....
