We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our client''s team, based at their Essex office. The role involves preparing electrical estimates across a variety of sectors, including Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial Fit-Outs, and General Commercial Projects.Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate tender drawings, identifying opportunities for value engineering. Manage and contribute to the pre-construction process from start to finish. Attend and actively participate in pre-construction meetings. Assess project costs before selection, considering complexity, labour, materials, specialist subcontractors, and preliminaries. Collaborating with project managers and engineers.Key Requirements: Minimum of 4 years'' experience within the MandE sector. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost drivers. In-depth knowledge of electrical installations and systems.
