This is your chance to progress into a Line Leader role and develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You ll Do:Take ownership of your own production line.Lead and motivate a team of 5 Production Operatives to hit targets and maintain quality.Support training and development for your team.Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.Work closely with the Shift Manager and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.What We re Looking For:Experience working as a Production Operative or in a manufacturing environment.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
