You will lead a team of people while also ensuring the site operation runs smoothly.-
You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your focus-is to lead your team to deliver results.-

You will need:-

- At least 5 years experience in a sales management type of role within a dealership
- Own car + driving license
- Experience in managing a large team
