This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional looking for a standalone role with variety, autonomy, and the ability to make a real impact. The Role As HR Advisor, you ll provide professional support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and best practice in all HR matters. You ll work closely with senior leadership and line managers, offering guidance on everything from employee relations to recruitment, training, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to managers across all people-related matters Manage recruitment campaigns and support selection processes Lead on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues Oversee absence management and return-to-work processes Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Support training and development initiatives Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data for hourly-paid staff Maintain GDPR-compliant employee records using HR systems (Moorepay) Coordinate Health and Safety activities in collaboration with senior management Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture What We re Looking For ..... full job details .....
